The National Liaison Committee (NLC) is elected at the ZNAN National Congress for a term of two years. National Congress is a meeting of all ZNAN member organizations. The NLC comprises nine (9) elected members and three (3) nominated members. All the provinces are represented at the NLC by at least one member. The NLC elects from amongst itself the chairperson, his vice, the secretary and treasurer. The NLC meets quarterly and is responsible for policy guidance and supervision of the secretariat. It is also the responsibility of the NLC to appoint the chief executive officer of ZNAN. The NLC is also charged with the responsibility of appointing external auditors of ZNAN accounts.
